Sorcha Harman, an Interior Designer working on beautiful homes throughout Ireland.
With experience spanning Los Angeles, London, and Dublin, I bring a global perspective to each of my projects.

Textiles are not just my passion; they are the foundation of every project I undertake. My specialization in Textile Design from University equips me with a deep knowledge and understanding of colors and materials, enabling me to infuse each space with charm and a touch of magic.

My portfolio encompasses a diverse range of projects, from transforming a number of Georgian & Victorian townhouses to contemporary seaside new builds along the Irish Coast. Additionally, I've had the opportunity to work on bustling restaurants in Santa Monica, Venice Boulevard, and DTLA, as well as boutique hotels in Palm Springs, and idyllic charming locations in the Cotswolds.

My design expertise, coupled with my passion for research and the ability to create unique color stories, adds a worldly and distinctive edge to each project I take on.

How I Work

I begin each project by discovering a color story that resonates with both the client and me; this serves as the foundation for all subsequent design elements. Through collaboratively creating these schemes, I establish concept boards which evolve into ideas and designs conveyed through drawings and sample trays.

The complete selection of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) is carefully chosen and managed within the allocated budgets, including elevations and three-dimensional sketches. Following this phase, I dive into the finer details of each component, including joinery drawings, bathroom specifications, and electrical arrangements.

Once the timelines and budgets are set, I oversee the entire design journey, from inception to the final installation phase.
